Shertina Spencer brings extensive mortgage-industry experience spanning mortgage processing, mortgage operations, quality initiatives, franchise support, training, compliance, business development, and organizational operations.
Her experience includes hands-on loan processing and operational management as well as supporting mortgage professionals and business owners at the organizational level.
That combination provides 1st AMS with a broad perspective: understanding not only how to move a loan file forward, but also how the people, processes, systems, and quality standards surrounding that loan affect the overall business.
